Terms of Service By creating a Down Under Horse Stables (hereafter referred to as DUHS or the game) account and/or playing the DUHS game, all users (including anyone who accesses or creates any DUHS account) agree to be bound by all of the following rules, terms, and conditions (referred to collectively as the Terms of Service, or ToS). The ToS may be altered at any time without notice. All users are required to follow the ToS and all included terms and conditions at all times. DUHS is intended for users ages 13 and above. Anyone under the age of 13 must receive parental permission to play. DUHS is an online game based on the training, showing, breeding, and managing of fake horses which do not represent actual animals. Game currency, events, items, animals, and other articles present in the game do not represent real items and are only for use within the game. Actual currency is referred to ONLY for purchases of Buyer Bucks (a form of in-game fake currency). Buyer Bucks may be purchased by users with REAL currency and exchanged for a number of in-game articles and privileges. DUHS users acknowledge that DUHS is a service provided as-is. DUHS is under no obligation to continue or alter its services or to provide compensation to users for downtime or lost in-game accounts, items, or currency. In the unlikely event that DUHS should cause harm to a user, a user's property, or anything else, DUHS and its staff cannot and will not be held responsible. Users create and access DUHS accounts and services at their own risk. Users are not to share their usernames or passwords with others. Partners are not allowed on the game. A person may have up to 5 Silver accounts so long as ALL accounts are actively used. This means that creating accounts to get a particular account ID, creating extras to receive extra game money, or having accounts simply to receive multiple free gifts are not allowed. Consequences for creating excess accounts include permanent bans for all accounts involved. Creating a new account and using yourself as the referrer is strictly against the Terms of Service. Violation of this term will result in immediate revocation of your accounts. Accounts cannot exchange ownership. If a user quits the game, he or she cannot give his or her account to a best friend or little sister. Users cannot sell their accounts to other people, even with in-game money. Users may not sell anything for real currency, including but not limited to, accounts, horses, items, services, or any other in-game item. DUHS is not under any obligation to provide refunds to any user for any reason. Users may have DUHS account privileges and features revoked as the result of any behavior deemed unacceptable by DUHS staff, including but not limited to plagiarism, exploitation of errors or bugs, unapproved use of programs for advancement within the game, and inappropriate use of words, images, or other content. DUHS reserves the right to restrict or deny any account or account feature for any user for any reason. Buyer Bucks and other items on an account are forfeited and become the property of DUHS in the event of account deletion or permanent banning. Users accept full responsibility for and liability of any and all content they choose to display on DUHS. DUHS is not responsible for any plagiarized or inappropriate content displayed by a user; the individual user displaying the material alone will be held responsible. DUHS will take legal action against those users who choose to post inappropriate or illegal content. Users who attempt to advance themselves or their in-game animals/items through the use of any unapproved program will have their account(s) banned and will no longer have the privilege to create or access any DUHS account. DUHS will take legal action against any user who attempts to harm the server or game through the use of such a device. DUHS reserves the right to delete inactive unupgraded accounts without warning. An inactive account is defined as an account that has not been logged into in the past 2 months. In the event an account is deleted, all horses, money, items, and other game items become the property of DUHS. Every user is obligated to report any errors, bugs, or inappropriate content that he or she comes into contact with. Deliberate exploitation of any such material will result in a suspension or ban on the offending user's account(s). DUHS cannot be held responsible for in-game losses due to bugs or errors, and is not obligated to restore any in-game articles that may be lost or altered as the result of a bug or error. All content of DUHS is the property of Paradigm Programming LLC. Users agree to not plagiarize or claim ownership to any content, ideas, etc. of DUHS. Upon becoming a user of DUHS, you agree to allow DUHS staff to collect personal information and IP addresses for its own marketing and tracking purposes. User information will not be sold to third parties unless that third-party purchases ownership of the DUHS game in its entirety. Please see the Privacy Policy for more information.
